If you have purchased any hosting plan or any other service from us, and you are in good financial standing with Infinitive Host Technologies Pvt Ltd, this Service Level Agreement applies to you.

Service Level

Infinitive Host Technologies Pvt. Ltd. strives to have network connectivity available for third-party HTTP access.

Service Availability

Infinitive Host Technologies Pvt Ltd will be dedicated to providing the demanded services as per the terms and conditions of the agreement. However, you know that sometimes many services may be unavailable just because of different factors like telecommunication failures, network interruptions, maintenance, or server migrations. This could result in changes in your IP address, even if it's dedicated or any other.

We cannot ensure the consistent retention of your allotted IP numbers. Our dedication is to offer 99.9% uptime. If we are unable to achieve this target for any month, you can reach out to us anytime for further guidance. Any credit given to you can be used to buy our services/products (excluding all taxes), but this offer does not extend to dedicated server customers.

However, this credit doesn't apply in different cases of errors on your side, events beyond our control, unexpected situations, everyday maintenance, or interruptions that impact site access instead of its design, like FTP and email problems.

Storage & Security

At all times, you will be held accountable for any type of harm or loss to your site. It is completely your responsibility to safeguard your account details. You acknowledge that you are fully and exclusively responsible for all actions, inactions, and utilization of your account or password, and any expenses associated with the content of the site that is transmitted, shown, connected, or stored on the server.

Infinitive Host Technologies RIGHTS

We can change prices and set new rules according to our services. Your service access may be stopped if you harass us or others, don't pay any amount, engage in negative activities, break any law, promote illegal actions, or do things that harm those who are under 18, or are otherwise unacceptable to us. If legal action is taken against us or our partners just because of any of your actions, your access to services may be terminated instantly, despite of the result of the legal action.

Credits

We won't give you any credits if your site is inaccessible just because of dedicated maintenance, your actions, equipment failure, or factors beyond our control, like government actions or natural disasters. They also restrict the use of scripts that pressurize the chosen server. Your site should be standard and not used for storing files from other websites.

Support Limitations

Indemnification

You will agree to protect Infinitive Host, its partners, officers, agents, and staff against any type of loss, demand, or claim brought by third parties as a result of your utilization of the Database/Site/Services mentioned in this Agreement or any prevention of it. Any claim that you should indemnify may be protected by Infinitive Host, and you cannot troubleshoot any matter without their formal consent.

Jurisdiction

If there is a disagreement associated with the database/service offered by Infinitive Host, you agree that Indian law will apply without considering clashing laws. By utilizing our service, you agree to take the authority of a mediator or the Indian courts. Any clashes growing from this Agreement will be troubleshooted via arbitration under the Indian Arbitration Association's rules, and the arbitrator's decision can be enforced in court.

Severability

If any section of this crafted agreement is found to be illegal, unenforceable, or not right, it will be removed from the agreement without impacting the rest of the agreement. The removed section will be replaced with a legally genuine provision that has the same type of meaning.

Complete Agreement

These terms replace all previous discussions related to the usage of the database/service with us. The databases are sourced at the global level, and changes in quality can be checked on https://www.infinitivehost.com. Prices and deals may vary without notice. There is no refund policy. Buyers should consult with us before buying anything. Payment is needed before we offer the download link, which is available for 24 hours for one download. When you purchase any product, you agree to our conditions and must not share the download link with anyone else. If we suspect a buyer is discussing payments after getting the product, we may terminate our relationship and retain the payment. Our terms can change, and any issues will be handled in Jaipur.
